DropDibs Privacy Policy

DropDibs stores account, storefront, audience, consent, and communications information needed to operate the service. A store's customer contacts are private to that store and are not sold.

Analytics

We collect limited product activity such as storefront views, directions intent, signup completion, and aggregate campaign outcomes. Analytics records are designed not to contain names, emails, phone numbers, raw IP addresses, or confidential store content.

Aggregated insights

We may use anonymized and aggregated activity to improve DropDibs and create benchmarks or market intelligence. We do not publish a store-level or customer-level data product.

Marketing consent

Marketing consent is collected separately by each store for each channel. A store's acceptance of these Terms does not create shopper marketing consent.

Before launch

This product policy requires qualified privacy-counsel review before a public paid launch, including retention, deletion, jurisdiction, and processor disclosures.
