DropDibs provides tools for physical stores to publish visit-driving information and manage permission-based customer communications. Store owners remain responsible for accurate content and lawful communications.

Data use

We will never sell customer identities or confidential store information. DropDibs may use anonymized and aggregated platform activity to improve the service and create analytics, benchmarks, market intelligence, and other commercial products. This does not permit disclosure of confidential store content or identifiable customer information.

Customer communications

You may contact shoppers only when the required consent exists for that channel, and must honor unsubscribe requests.

Changes

Material updates are versioned. These starter Terms require qualified legal review before a paid public launch.
